In a rocks glass, pour your rum, simple syrup and bitters, swirl with a cocktail spoon to mix and add the coconut water ice cube. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and orange.
Use a lime wedge and your chili pepper mix to rim your cocktail glass (we like to use a custom blend of chili, cayenne, cumin and badia orange pepper). In a separate glass mix your vodka and bloody mary mix, then pour into your cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with lime – or get creative with it!
